Ralph Moyle FAIP, CPP, is an experienced food-packaging consultant with 40 years in the food processing industry and 25 years focused on packaging. Through a unique range of senior management experiences in Packaging, Operations, Technical and Quality Assurance in large and medium FMCG businesses, Ralph has brought increased value to many organisations through the value of smarter packaging at less waste.

Ralph’s packaging knowledge has resulted in successful contemporary designs and material selections, improved shelf life, lower material costs, shorter supply chains and environmentally friendly selections that have provided greater economic value. Ralph has been instrumental in training over 1000 people in the last 12 months in Sustainable Packaging, 2025 National Packaging Targets, Australasian Recycling Label and PREP. Ralph is a past National President of the AIP, a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) and a Fellow of the AIP. He was also recently awarded the Founders Award for his significant contribution to packaging education and training in Australasia.

Keith Chessell FAIP, has over 50 years packaging expertise with 46 of these working with the one company in the Food, Beverage & Confectionery industry (Parsons, Cottee’s, Schweppes, Pepsi, Cadbury, Kraft/Mondelez). Over that extensive period, he has been involved in a range of management roles including raw & packaging materials procurement, research and development involving the innovation and launch of new products and the relaunch of existing products and packaging. Keith has a broad experience with food & beverage packaging materials, procurement and equipment and is recognised as a leading packaging technologist in ANZ.

Over the last 17 years his focus has been in the training, education and assisting individuals and manufacturers in understanding the importance of sustainable packaging design. In more recent years he has been actively involved with the AIP in providing packaging technical expertise for industry-based Save Food Packaging and Fight Food Waste programs for Australia and NZ. Keith is the AIP representative on the APCO Board and Standards Australia Environmental Labelling EV-021-05 committee. Keith was recently awarded the 2019 Industry Excellence Award for ANZ and the Lifetime Achievement Award for the World Packaging Organisation.
